How to Change the Administrator Name on a Mac
Login to your Mac using the administrator account. To do this, select the administrator account from the login screen. Depending on your settings, you may need to enter the administrator password. If you are already logged in with another account, then first select 'Log Out [Account name]...' from under the Apple Menu at the far left of the top menu bar.
Open the System Preferences application. This program is located by default in your Applications folder, but you may have moved it somewhere else. The appearence of the icon varies depending on what version of Mac OS you are using. In Mac OS 10.5, its icon looks like three gears in a silver-colored box, but in earlier versions of Mac OS X it may look like a light switch.
Select 'Accounts' in the System section. The Accounts icon looks like the silhouettes of two people, and is usually at the beginning of the fourth row of icons, under the 'System' header. Click on the icon.
Select the administrator account from the list on the left of the Accounts window. Administrator accounts say 'Admin' under the account name. Change the administrator status of an account by checking or unchecking the 'Allow user to administer this computer' box. If there is only one account, it will have administrator privileges by default.
Change the text in the 'Name' field to the new administrator name. Enter the administrator password to confirm the change.

How to Customize the Dock on an iPad (5 Steps)
Find an app icon on one of your home screens that you want to move to the dock. You can dock as many as six icons at a time. You can also remove the default icons from the dock and replace them with your own customized arrangement.
Press and hold on an app icon until all the icons begin to shake, indicating they have entered editing mode and can be repositioned. This is the same process you use when you move apps from one home screen to another.
Press and hold on an app on a full dock and drag it off onto the home screen to make room for a new app.
Drag a newly chosen app to the dock and release to add it to the dock. Continue touching and dragging apps until you are satisfied with the arrangement.
Press the 'Home' button to stop the shaking apps and take them out of editing mode.

How to install Windows 7 on a Mac Pro (6 Steps)
Update Bootcamp to at least version 3.1. Previous versions do not support Windows 7. You can download the required update from Apple's support website.
Open Bootcamp through 'Finder.' Go to 'Applications,' 'Utilities' and click on the program to open it.
Create a partition for Windows. You can use the default settings or adjust the size to your liking. You must have enough free space on your current hard drive to create a new partition.
Insert the Windows 7 installation disc when the partitioning is complete and click 'Start Installation' to proceed. Your machine restarts.
Select the new partition you created when the Windows 7 installation process is done loading. Choose the format option near the lower right-hand corner of the screen. The partition must be formatted before Windows can be installed. Be careful not to format any other partition or data will be lost. Click 'OK' to confirm the formatting and the Windows 7 installation process will begin.
Follow the instructions on the screen to continue the process. Your computer reboots after some time. Upon reboot, Windows 7 will load and you will be asked to set several settings such as language and keyboard layout. After the settings are chosen, installation is complete and the Windows desktop will appear. Your Mac will now load Windows 7 by default after every restart.

How to Play Chess on Mac OS Tiger
Click the 'Go' menu tab from the Finder.
Scroll to and click the 'Applications' menu option. This will bring up the list of common applications that are currently stored on your Mac.
Double click the 'Chess' icon to play chess. If the icon is not immediately visible then simply scroll up or down until it appears in the window.
Notice that by default the computer will start a game with the human playing as white and the computer playing as black.
Begin play simply by moving your pieces and progressing through the game until either you or the computer is victorious.
Click 'Game' followed by 'New Game' to change the current players or the difficulty. You can change the game from Computer vs. Human to Computer vs. Computer or Human vs. Human.
Take advantage of the Move menu. The Move menu offer you a chance to take back moves after the fact, as well as see the last move the computer performed.
Choose a variant form of chess when you start a new game. Crazyhouse, for example, allows you to replace pieces to the board that are duplicates of your opponents (if you capture an opponent's white rook, you will receive a black rook of your own, even if you already have 2 on the board).
Enable Speech in chess. With speech enabled (and a compatible microphone) you will be able to instruct the computer where and how to move your pieces without ever having to touch the keyboard.
