How to Make Your Own iPod Touch Stylus Pen
Separate the metal snap fastener and set aside the socket component (with the depression on the face and rounded edges).
Tie several knots in the fishing line until a large knot is produced that is larger than the width of the sewing slot on the socket snap.
Thread the free end of the fishing line through the front of the socket snap so that the knot catches in the sewing slot.
Apply a dab of superglue to the knot to affix it to the metal fastener.
Twist the pen to disassemble the spring, ink reservoir and point.
Insert the free end of the fishing line through the ballpoint opening of the bottom pen cap and pull the line through until the socket snap reaches the pen tip (i.e., end of the cap).
Drape the free end of fishing line over the side of the pen cap and hold to secure (or tape in position). Trim extra line, if desired.
Reassemble the pen housing by twisting the bottom cap to the main body.
Hold the pen against on the touch screen of the iPod Touch with the socket snap touching the screen instead of your finger.
