How to Delete Multiple Messages in AOL Mail
Log into your AOL Mail account (see Resources).
Press and hold the 'Ctrl' key, and click all the emails you want to delete if you want to remove non-consecutive emails. If you want to delete consecutive emails, press and hold the 'Shift' key and click the first email you want to delete. Hold the 'Shift' key again and click the last email you want to delete. This selects all the emails between the first and last email you selected.
Click the 'Delete' button and then click 'OK' to confirm your selection.
Repeat steps 2 and 3 if you want to delete multiple emails from the 'Saved on AOL' and 'Saved on My PC' folders.
Click the 'Mail' menu and click 'Recently Deleted Mail' if you want to clear multiple emails from the 'Recently Deleted' folder.
Press and hold the 'Ctrl' key and click all the emails you want to delete if you want to remove non-consecutive emails. If you want to delete consecutive emails, press and hold the 'Shift' key and click the first email you want to delete. Hold the 'Shift' key again and click the last email you want to delete. This selects all the emails between the first and last email you selected.
Click the 'Permanently Delete' button.

How to Move iPhone Apps From a Screen
Turn on your iPhone.
Scroll through the display screens of the iPhone by swiping your finger horizontally across the screen. Decide which apps you want to move or delete.
Press and hold your finger against any app on the screen with the screen you want to move or delete until all the apps on the screen start to wiggle and a white 'X' with a circle around it appears in the upper-left corner of the screen.
Tap and hold the app you want to move to another screen until the app increases slightly in size. Drag the app to the furthest edge of the screen in the direction you want to move the app. Continue dragging the app from screen to screen until you arrive at the screen where you want to place the app. Remove your finger from the screen when you arrive at the screen where you want to place the app. Alternatively, if you want to delete an app, tap the 'X' in the upper-left corner of the app, then click 'Delete' to confirm that you want to delete the app.
Press the 'Home' button just beneath the iPhone screen to to stop the apps from wiggling and finalize your changes.

How to Free Up Space on the MacBook Pro
Click on the 'Go' option in the taskbar at the top of your screen.
Click 'Applications.'
Press the 'Ctrl' key and click a program you want to delete.
Click 'Move to Trash.'
Hold down the 'Ctrl' key and click on the Trash Bin in the bottom right-hand corner of your screen.
Click 'Empty Trash' to delete the program entirely. Repeat the process for any other program that takes up space on your machine.

How to Delete Facetime Calls
Open FaceTime on your Mac, iPhone, iPod touch or iPad.
Click or tap the 'Recent' link in the bottom toolbar.
Click or tap the 'Clear All' button to delete your recent call list.
