How to Record Lectures on the iPhone (3 Steps)

Tap the 'Utilities' folder on the iPhone's home screen, then tap the 'Voice Memos' icon to launch the application.
Aim the microphone, located on the bottom edge of the iPhone, toward the lecturer. This will ensure that you get the best possible audio recording.
Tap the 'Record' button to begin recording the audio. When you are finished recording the lecture, tap the 'Pause' button to pause the recording. You can access the recording on your iPhone by tapping the 'List' button in the Voice Memos application. This button is labeled with an icon that resembles three horizontal stripes.
