How to Turn Off a MacBook Fan
Shut down your MacBook and disconnect the power supply.
Remove the battery from the bottom of your MacBook.
Press the power button and hold it for five seconds. Reconnect the power supply.
Press the power button again to boot up the MacBook and see if the fan issue has resolved.
