How to Clear All Private Data on a MacBook Pro
Click the 'System Preferences' icon in the dock. Then click 'Accounts.'
Click the lock icon and enter the administrator password.
Click the plus sign to create a new account. The new account type needs to be 'Administrator.'
Click the 'Apple' menu at the top of the screen and then click 'Log out.'
Log in to the new account.
Click the 'System Preferences' icon in the dock.
Click 'Accounts.'
Click the lock icon and then enter the administrator password.
Click the old account and then click the minus sign.
Click 'Delete the home folder.' Click 'OK' to clear all the private data from the old account.
