Launch the iPad's Web browser or frame-equipped application by tapping its icon on the home screen.
Navigate to the Web page or section of the app that uses frames, either by tapping the relevant buttons or by entering a URL in the Web browser's address bar.
Center the frame in the middle of the iPad's display by moving the whole page around using a single finger.
Place two fingers on top of the content inside the frame that you want to scroll, and move them up and down, or left and right, depending on which way you want to scroll. Using two fingers to scroll rather than one informs the iPad that you want to scroll inside the frame rather than moving the entire page.
