How to Open Doors on 'LEGO Harry Potter' for the iPhone
Move your character close to the door that you want to open. In 'LEGO Harry Potter' on the iPhone, move a character by touching him and dragging your finger across the screen. When you approach the door, the game displays a green or red ring around it to indicate whether you can interact with it.
Tap the door if it highlights green. This means that the door is unlocked or you have the necessary key to open it. If the door highlights red, you cannot open it at this time. When you tap the door, the game plays an unpleasant sound.
Locate the key or other item needed to open the door if it highlights red. If the door is locked, it displays an icon of a key. In other cases, you may need to solve a puzzle. For example, the door may open automatically if you put a weight on a platform elsewhere in the level or complete your current active quest.
