How to Remove All Remembered Email Address Numbers From Popping Up

Open Internet Explorer and click on the 'Tools' button on the right-hand side, and then choose 'Internet Options' from the bottom of the list. Click on the 'Content' tab along the top and look for the 'Auto Complete' section. Click the 'Settings' button beside 'Auto Complete.' You can do a few different things from this screen. To remove all auto-fill data, simply click 'Delete AutoComplete History ... ' This will clear the forms and addresses, but IE will start recording again. To disable the feature completely, uncheck options in the main 'AutoComplete Settings' window.
Open Firefox and click 'Tools' in the menu bar and then choose 'Options.' Click 'Privacy' to access your history and then click the blue text that says 'clear your recent history' to open the Clear Recent History tool. Select a range -- 'last hour,' 'two hours,' 'today' or 'everything' -- from the drop-down menu. If you want to get rid of all form data, click 'everything,' since you may not know when you entered the information originally. Check the box beside 'Form & Search History' and then click the 'Clear Now' button. Select 'Use custom settings for History' in the Privacy window and then uncheck 'Remember search and form history' to prevent Firefox from recording in the future.
Open Google Chrome and then click tool button beside the address bar, which is indicated by a wrench icon. Select 'Options' from the tool menu to open Chrome's web-page options interface. Choose 'Under the Hood' from the left-hand navigation menu and then click the 'Clear browsing data ... ' button beside 'Privacy.' Check the box next to 'Clear saved Autofill form data' and then choose 'the beginning of time' for the time range from next to 'Obliterate the follow items from.' Click 'Clear browsing data' to accept these settings. Then click 'Personal Stuff' from the left-hand navigation pane and disable form autofill by removing the check mark from 'Enable Autofill to fill out Web forms in a single click.' Close the Options tab to save your settings.

My MacBook Can't Connect to the Network (4 Steps)

Check the cable connection running from the network hub or modem into your MacBook computer. If the cable is not inserted completely into either device, the MacBook is unable to detect the network.
Power on the network hub or modem. If the power is shut down, the computer is unable to detect the network.
Activate the Wi-Fi connection on the MacBook. Your computer may be attempting to connect to a different wireless source. Click the wireless icon in the upper left corner of the desktop, and then choose the Wi-Fi network you want access to. Type in any required password and click 'OK' to connect to the network.
Move closer to the origin of the network. If you are out of range of the Wi-Fi network, the MacBook is not going to connect to the wireless signal.

How to Mirror a Computer Display (8 Steps)

Turn off the computer to attach the second screen. You need to attach the second screen on the back of your desktop computer using the port adapter. Attach the port adapter to a USB outlet and attach the end of the monitor wire to the blue outlet at the end of the port adapter.
Turn on your computer when the second screen has been attached securely. Let the operating system load completely.
Place the cursor on the desktop background and right-click on the mouse. Select the 'Settings' option and choose the 'Display' option in the sub-menu. This can also be called 'Screen Resolutions' if you are running a newer operating system.
Enter the 'Properties' of the screen display information and proceed to enter the 'Settings' option to start the second screen installation.
Locate the image that shows two screens. The larger screen represents your original monitor because it is installed. The other screen is smaller because it has not been installed.
Click on the smaller screen to install it. Edit the second screen's settings so they match the first screen's settings. This will give both screens equal display quality.
Locate the 'Multiple Displays' drop-down menu. Select the 'Duplicate these displays' to make a mirrored display rather than an extended display. Click 'OK' to mirror the first display to the second screen and click 'Done' to finish the installation.
Turn on the second screen to view a mirrored computer display. The two screens are now identical.

How to Upgrade the Memory in a MacBook Pro

Use your MacBook Pro User Guide to determine the type of memory module you need and the amount of memory your system can handle. If you don't have a hard copy of your User Guide, you can download one from the Apple website (the link is available in the resources section).
Power down the MacBook Pro to a point where the computer is completely off.
Turn the computer over so that the bottom is facing upward.
Touch a non-painted metal object to remove the static off your body. Working on a computer's internal components with static on your body could damage the hardware. Also, refrain from walking around until you have finished upgrading the memory because moving around can generate more static.
Remove the battery from the MacBook Pro.
Use the Phillips-head screwdriver to remove the three screws from the memory module cover. Put the screws in a place where they won't be lost.
Slide off the memory module cover and put it where you put the screws. Now you should be able to see the memory module(s).
Push out the tabs on the empty memory module port to prepare for inserting the new memory module.
Hold the memory module by the edge of the part (so you don't damage the module) and insert the memory module into the empty port. Fold the part down into the memory module compartment.
Replace the memory module cover and the battery and start up your MacBook Pro. The memory will automatically be discovered by the system once you've started up your system.

How to Calibrate Your MacBook Battery (4 Steps)

Plug in your MacBook and give it a full charge. You can tell if your MacBook is fully charged when the green LED light on your power adapter changes from amber to green. When the LED is Green, your battery is at full charge. Leave the MacBook plugged in and charging for an extra two hours past the point when the LED turns Green.
Run your battery down and discharge it completely. Disconnect the power adapter and use your Mac until the battery is fully discharged. You will see a low battery warning on your screen, but keep using your MacBook until the battery completely runs out and the machine puts itself to sleep.
Close the laptop lid and let your Mac sleep, without power connected, for at least 5 hours. Letting your MacBook rest overnight is a good rule of thumb.
After letting the computer rest for 5 hours or longer, plug in your MacBook to the power supply and leave it connected until the computer is fully charged. It’s OK to use your MacBook while the battery charges. When the charge is completed, you’ve successfully completed recalibration of your MacBook battery.
