How to Reset an App Store Password (4 Steps)


Go to the Apple ID reset password page (see Resources).
Enter your Apple ID in the open box and click 'Next.' When prompted, select the authentication method you want to use to reset your password. For example, select 'Email authentication' if you want to receive an email to help you access your account information and change your password. Select 'Answer security questions' if you want to reset your password by answering the security questions you selected when you originally created your Apple ID app store password.
Enter your birth date and click 'Next.' Answer the security questions and select the new password you want to use. Confirm your selection to reset your password.
Log in to your email account if you selected 'Email.' Click the link in the email from Apple to reset your password.

Insert the Mac OS X Install DVD into the iMac optical drive with the computer running. Restart the iMac and hold the 'C' key while the computer restarts. This forces the computer to start up from the DVD.
Select the language when prompted and press the 'right arrow' key to continue. Click 'Utilities' in the menu bar and select 'Disk Utility.'
Click 'Macintosh HD' in the Disk Utility window and select the 'Erase' tab. Click 'Erase' to erase the hard drive. This process completely deletes all applications and files stored on the computer. Be sure your data is backed up before erasing the hard drive.
Click 'Erase' when promoted to confirm the selection. After the process is complete, click 'Disk Utility' in the menu bar and select 'Quit Disk Utility' from the drop-down menu.

How to Troubleshoot Nook for iPad (6 Steps)


Tap the 'App Store' app on your iPad, then tap 'Updates.'
Choose to download and install all available updates. Enter your Apple ID and password when prompted.
Connect your iPad to your computer, then open iTunes.

How to Add Audible.com Audiobooks to iTunes (6 Steps)


Start iTunes on your computer.
Click on 'Advanced' in the top menu. Then click on 'Authorize Audible Account' at the bottom of the menu.
Input your iTunes account information (username and password) and your Audible.com account information (username and password) when prompted. This will automatically open Audible.com's homepage in your Internet browser.
Download the Audible Download Manager when prompted if it is not already installed on your computer. This is an application that streamlines the downloading of audiobooks from Audible.com. Note that you cannot download audiobooks from Audible.com into iTunes without this application.
Click on 'Audible Delivery' when the Audible Download Manager opens after installing. Click the checkboxes next to 'Start Audible Manager' and 'Start iTunes' in the window that opens. Then click 'Ok.'
Go to 'My Library' in your Audible.com account, and select the audiobooks you want to download. These will now automatically be placed in your iTunes library for download onto your iPod.

How to Synchronize Your iPad Browser With Your Firefox


Tap the 'App Store' icon on the device's home screen to launch the application. Tap the 'Search' option at the bottom of the App Store window to access the App Store's search feature.
Type 'Firefox Home' in the search bar and tap the 'Search' button. Tap the 'Firefox Home' option from the list of search results. Tap the 'Free' button, followed by the 'Install' button. Enter your Apple ID and password when prompted and tap the 'OK' button to begin the installation process. Allow several minutes for the application to install.
Double-click the 'Firefox' application icon on the computer to launch the Web browser. Select the 'Firefox' tab at the top of the application window and select the 'Options' option from the Firefox menu. If you're using a Mac computer, select the 'Preferences...' option from the Firefox menu.
Click the 'Sync' icon in the Options or Preferences window. Click the 'Set Up Firefox Sync' button, followed by the 'Create a New Account' button. Type your email address and password in the spaces provided, read through and agree to the Firefox Sync Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and click the 'Continue' button to continue.
Click the 'Save' button on the following page to save a copy of your Firefox Sync sync key. Click the 'Continue' button to continue. Enter the captcha code (a computer-generated code that requires human input) in the space provided and click the 'Continue' button to finish setting up your Firefox Sync account.
Tap the 'Firefox Home' icon on the iPad device, followed by the 'I Have A Sync Account' option to display the passcode on the iPad screen.
Navigate to the Options or Preferences window in the Firefox Web browser and click the 'Sync' icon. Click the 'Add a Device' option and enter the passcode from the iPad device in the spaces provided. Click the 'Continue' button to sync Mozilla Home to your Firefox Sync account. All of your Firefox data will now be accessible on your iPad device.
