How to Download Songs from YouTube on a Mac (7 Steps)

Open Safari on your Mac. It will be in your dock or in the hard drive/Applications folder. Double click on it to open it.
Go to the webpage of the YouTube song you would like to download. Be sure you are on the page of the song and not the page of the user who uploaded the song. Double click on the name of the video to get the webpage of the song you want to download.
Click on 'Activity' in the 'Window' menu. Click the arrow next to the name of the page so the arrow is facing downwards. It will be 'YouTube Title of the Video,' with 'Title of the Video' replaced by the actual title. A list of files will show up.
Scroll through the list of files and double click on the one with the largest file size. For most YouTube songs, it is about 5MB or more. A new window will open in Safari, along with Safari's download manager and the file will be downloaded onto your Mac as an FLV. Change the location of the downloaded file by clicking on 'Preferences' in the 'Safari' menu, choose 'General' and select a location for the file from the 'Save Downloaded Files to' menu. Click 'Other' to choose a new destination for the file.
Open QuickTime Pro in your dock or hard drive/Applications folder. Click 'Open File' in the file menu and choose the FLV file from your Mac.
Select 'Export' from the File menu and choose 'Sound to AIFF.' Click 'Save.'
Click on the AIFF file once it is completed and iTunes will open it automatically.

How to Import Facebook Photos to Mac iPhoto

Click 'Safari' on the Mac's Dock to launch Apple's native Web browser, navigate to the Facebook website (facebook.com) and sign in to your Facebook account.
Click 'Account' at the top of the page, and then click 'Account Settings' from the drop-down menu. Click 'Download a Copy of Your Facebook Data.' This causes Facebook to create a zip file of all your uploaded material, including text, videos and photos. You cannot pick and choose what goes in to the zip file.
Click the 'Download' button, and then click 'Download' once more in the 'Request My Download' window. Facebook sends an email to the address you have on file with Facebook, letting you know when the zip file is available for you to download.
Click 'Mail' on the Dock to launch Apple's native email application, or launch your preferred email application. Open the Facebook email and click the link to access the 'Download Your Information' page on Facebook.
Enter your password in Facebook's 'Verify Password' text field. Click 'Continue.' Click 'Download Now.' The zip file downloads to your Mac's Downloads folder.
Double-click the 'Downloads' folder to open it, then double-click the zip file from Facebook to expand it, revealing the folder containing your Facebook photos.
Click 'iPhoto' on the Dock.
Click 'File,' and then click 'Import to Library.' A dialog box appears. Click the Facebook photos folder that you unzipped in the downloads folder, and then click 'Import.' The Facebook photos import into iPhoto.
Click 'Last Import' under 'Recent' in the left pane of the iPhoto window to see your imported Facebook photos.
