How to Erase an Activity From a MacBook
Click the 'Apple' icon at the top of the screen, and move your cursor to 'Recent Items.'
Click the 'Clear Menu' tab from the pop-up menu.
Open your Safari browser by clicking the icon on your dock, or open your 'Applications' folder in Finder and double-click the 'Safari' icon.
Click 'Safari' at the top of the screen, and click 'Reset Safari' from the drop-down menu. Check all of the boxes to remove all of your temporary Internet files, history, cookies and autofill text. Click 'Reset.'
Open your Firefox browser. Click 'Tools' at the top of the screen and click 'Clear Recent History' from the drop-down menu. Click the drop-down list and change it from 'Last Hour' to 'Everything.' Click the 'Clear Now' button.
Click 'Firefox' at the top of the screen and click 'Preferences' from the drop-down menu. Click the 'Advanced' button and click the 'Clear Now' button located under the 'Offline Storage' section.
