How to Sync Cracked Apps to iTunes

Open the Cydia program on your jailbroken iPod or iPhone.
Touch 'Manage' > 'Sources > 'Edit > 'Add'. Type in the following address: http://cydia.hackulo.us. Touch 'Add Source' when you're finished typing in the address.
Navigate back to the Cydia home page and type 'AppSync for OS 3.0' (or AppSync for OS 4.0 if you have the 4.0 software).
Install the application when prompted, and touch 'Confirm' to continue.
Connect your iPod to your computer via its USB cable and open iTunes.
Check the boxes next to the apps that you want to sync and click the 'Sync' button. Your cracked apps are now safely backed up to iTunes.

How to Add Installous to Cydia

Tap the 'Cydia' icon on your iPhone's springboard and tap 'Manage' at the bottom of the screen.
Tap 'Sources' and tap 'Edit' in the upper-right corner of the window. Tap 'Add' in the upper-left corner and type 'http://cydia.hackulo.us' in the dialog box that appears. Tap 'Add Source' to add the source to Cydia.
Tap 'Search' at the bottom of the screen after Cydia finishes adding the source. Type 'Installous' in the search box and tap the program's name when it appears. Tap 'Install' followed by 'Confirm' to add the application to your phone. Tap 'Close Window' after Cydia installs Installous.
