How to Connect an iPad Using ATT (4 Steps)

Tap the 'Settings' icon on your iPad's home screen to open the settings menu.
Tap 'Cellular Data' on the left-hand menu to open the cellular data options panel. Use this menu to set up and manage your 3G data service.
Tap the 'View Account' button in the cellular data settings pane to open the account settings window.
Fill in the form in the 'View Account' window with your billing information and email address, and enter a password. Tap on one of the cellular data plans in the list to choose that plan. Each plan offers a different amount of data at a different price per month. Tap the 'Next' button at the bottom of the window to create your account with AT&T and activate your 3G data service.
