The Mac Mini Won't Turn On (6 Steps)
Remove all USB cables from the Mac Mini, including the power cable.
Allow 10 seconds to pass, and simultaneously insert the power cord while holding down the power button on the Mac Mini. The power button is located on the back of the computer.
Release the power button, then press the power button again to turn on the computer. Plug in the cables that connect the keyboard and monitor to the computer to test if your Mac Mini starts up normally. According to Apple, your Mac Mini's date and time will be reset in the process and must be re-synced through the Date and Time preferences in your System Preferences.
