How to Sync an iPad Calendar (7 Steps)


Launch the iTunes application on your Mac or PC computer.
Connect your iPad to your computer using an iPad USB transfer cable.
Click on the iPad icon that appears under the 'Devices' heading on the left side of the iTunes window.
Go to the 'Info' tab at the top of the iPad configuration window.
Check the box next to 'Sync calendars' and then choose the application that you want to use as the source of your calendar data. Mac users should select 'iCal,' and Windows users should select 'Outlook.'
Choose the 'All calendars' option if you want iTunes to automatically transfer all of your calendar data to your iPad. Otherwise, you may use the checkboxes in the lower part of the window to specify exactly which calendars you want to sync.
Hit the 'Apply' button in the lower-right corner of the screen to save the settings and sync your iPad.
