How to Add Books to iPads (6 Steps)

Open iTunes. Click 'Books' in the left-hand menu. Drag and drop your e-book file from your computer onto iTunes.
Plug your iPad into the computer using the iPad data cable. Click the iPad icon in the left-hand panel of the iTunes screen.
Click the 'Books' menu from the top-right corner of the main iTunes screen.
Click the 'Sync Books' check box. Click the 'Selected books' radio button.
