How to Zoom in Skype
Select 'Tools' from the menu bar and then click 'Options.' Select 'Video Settings' from under General in the left pane and then wait for Skype to detect your camera.
Click 'Webcam Settings' on the Video Settings pane to access your webcam options.
Select the 'Camera Control' tab and then drag the slider next to 'Zoom' to the right or left to increase or decrease zoom.
Click 'OK' to close the settings window and then click 'Save' to apply your changes.

How to Change the Size of a Slide on Keynote
Open a new or existing Keynote presentation.
Click on the blue 'Inspector' button in the toolbar. Click the 'Document' pane then click the 'Document' button.
Click the 'Slide size' pull-down menu at the bottom of the window. Select the desired slide size from the pre-sets or click 'Custom Slide Size' to enter the desired width and height in pixels. Click 'OK' to confirm the size.

How to Change the Default Wi
Launch 'System Preferences' from the Apple menu in the top left corner of the screen.
Select the 'Network' preference pane and click on the 'Advanced' button.
Drag the available networks in the 'Preferred networks' window to their desired order of importance. The network on the top of the list will always be the default Wi-Fi network when available.
Click on 'OK' to exit the screen and click on 'Apply' to save your changes.

How to Do a Mac Backup to an External Drive (13 Steps)
Download Carbon Copy Cloner (CCC).
Double-click the DMG file you downloaded to mount the CCC disk image. In the window that appears, drag the CCC icon to the 'Applications' folder alias to copy CCC to your Applications folder.
Launch CCC from your Applications folder. The first time you launch the program, click the 'Agree' button in the drop-down pane to acknowledge the license agreement, then click 'No Thanks' to proceed to the main interface.
Select your Mac's built-in hard drive from the 'Source Disk' drop-down menu, then select your external hard drive from the 'Target Disk' drop-down menu. If your external hard drive is not in the list, power it on and connect it to your Mac, making sure its icon appears on your desktop. Leave the 'Backup everything' option selected in the 'Cloning options:' drop-down menu, unless you only wish to back up some of your Mac's data. You can also choose 'Incremental backup of selected items', then specify which files to copy using the checkboxes in the file list that appears in the left pane of the window. Note that the external hard drive must be formatted using the HFS+ file system to create a backup with CCC (see References 1).
Click 'Clone' to begin the process. Then Enter your administrator password when prompted to do so, and wait until the process completes. Be sure that you have rewiewed the backup scheme you've specified in the 'What is going to happen:' field near the bottom of the window.

How to Hide the Safari Bar on an iPad
Tap 'Settings' in your home screen.
Select 'Safari' on the left pane.
Tap the 'Always Show Bookmarks Bar' switch on the right to toggle it 'Off.'
Click the 'Home' button below your display to return to your home screen.
Tap 'Safari' to confirm your new setting. Your 'Bookmarks Bar' should no longer appear at the top of your Safari screen.

How to Copy DVD Movies to a MacBook (6 Steps)
Insert a DVD into your MacBook's disk drive. Apple's default DVD player will launch. Quit the program.
Download and install HandBrake on your computer. The program will launch upon completing installation.
Select the location of the DVD (your hard drive) from the pane on the left. Then click "Open". HandBrake will scan the DVD and the main program window will open. This may take a few minutes.
Navigate to the Destination section toward the upper-right of the window. Select a location where you want to save the ripped file. HandBrake's default destination location is your desktop. You can also name the file in this section. Ensure HandBrake has selected the correct file(s) to rip by verifying the "Chapters" drop-down field and checking the length of time listed next to "Duration". Your DVD should usually start with chapter "1" and end with the last/highest number listed in the "Chapters:" drop-down menu. The the main feature on a DVD is generally the item with longest duration time.
Click the "Rip" button in the lower-right of the program window to begin importing the DVD. This process usually takes around 30 to 45 minutes depending on the length of the DVD and speed of your computer. The program alerts you when the process is complete.
Quit the program and verify the ripped DVD file is on your computer. Eject the original DVD from your disk drive.

How to Use an iPad Without Wi
Tap 'Settings' on your home screen. You'll see a navigation sidebar on the left and a main settings pane on the right.
Tap 'Wi-Fi' on the sidebar.
Tap the 'Wi-Fi' switch on the right pane to toggle it 'Off.' Your iPad's Wi-Fi feature is now deactivated.
Confirm Wi-Fi has been turned off. Observe your taskbar at the very top of your screen. Your Wi-Fi icon beside 'ATT' or 'Verizon' should be replaced by '3G' or 'E.'

How to Use an External Camera with Photo Booth
Disconnect your external camera if it's already connected to your Mac. If your webcam came with any driver software on a disk or from a website, install it before proceeding. Open Photo Booth and then reconnect your external camera.
Click Photo Booth's Camera option on the menu bar and select your external camera's name to display its video feed in the main program window.
Click the 'Effects' button if you want to select an effect before you snap a picture or record a video in Photo Booth. The video pane will display nine thumbnails showing your webcam feed with different effects applied, including distortion effects, color effects, customized backgrounds and animated items. Click the right-arrow button on the screen to view additional pages of effects. After you find the effect you want to apply, click it to return to the full-size video stream.
Click one of the three square icons near the bottom left corner of the video preview. Click the first icon to make a series of four consecutive images, the second icon to take a single picture or the third icon to record a video.
Click the red camera icon to automatically take one or four pictures, or to start recording a video. If you are recording a video, click the red camera icon again after you finish recording.

How Do I Delete a Wireless Password for Apple Mac?
Open 'Finder.' In your Finder window, navigate to the 'Applications' folder and then into the 'Utilities Folder.' After you've opened the Utilities Folder, find 'Keychain Access.'
Double-click on 'Keychain Access.' When the program opens, you will see a window divided into three panes. Before proceeding, click 'Login' in the Keychains pane at the top left. Immediately below, in the 'Category' pane, click 'All Items.'
Scroll through the list of saved passwords on the right. If you have a large number of passwords, you can sort them according to name or kind to make the list easier to navigate. To resort the list, click on 'Name' to sort alphabetically or 'Kind' to sort by type of password. When you've located the name of the wireless network password you wish to delete, click on that name once to highlight that keychain entry.
Press the 'Delete' key on your keyboard. A dialog will pop up asking you to confirm that you want to delete the keychain. Make sure you have selected the correct keychain entry, because you cannot recover deleted keychain password entries. When you have confirmed the proper entry, click 'Delete' to remove the wireless password you selected.

Open the Contacts app on your Mac. Click the “View” menu item and select “Show Groups” to display your existing contact groups.
Click “File” and then select “New Group” to create a new untitled group in the Groups pane of the Contacts application.
Click the title of the new group to edit its title. Name the group based on how you associate its contacts to one another; for example, a group for book club members could be titled “Book Club,” while a group for co-workers could be titled 'Work Contacts.'
Click the “All Contacts” item in the Contacts pane. Scroll through the list of contacts and drag entries into the new group. Hold the “Command” key to select multiple entries and then drag them over.

How to Delete a Genius Mix in iTunes (4 Steps)
Launch iTunes to access your local media library.
Click the 'Genius Mixes' link under the 'Genius' heading in the left pane. If the link is hidden, double-click the 'Genius' heading or click the 'Show' link that appears to the right.
Right-click the 'Genius Mix' to delete and choose the 'Remove' option.
The mix is removed from view, but the data to rebuild it is still present in the music library -- to restore it, right-click a blank area of the Genius Mixes screen and choose 'Restore All Mixes.'

Click on the 'Apple' menu and select 'System Preferences.'
Click on “Accounts” to open the Accounts preferences pane. Select “Login Items.”
Click on the lock icon in the lower-left corner and enter your user administrator password.
Highlight the application you wish to remove from your startup items and click the '-' button under the startup application list to remove the item. The next time you restart your Mac, the removed item will no longer be in the system startup queue.

How to Erase Free Space on an iMac (5 Steps)
Quit all running programs and empty the Trash. To empty the Trash, right click on the 'Trash' icon in the Dock and select 'Empty.'
Click on the 'Applications' folder in the Dock or open a Finder window and click 'Applications' in the left pane under Places. Double click the 'Utilities' folder to access the contents of the folder. Double click the 'Disk Utility' icon to launch the application.
Select the iMac's internal hard drive by clicking on the 'Macintosh HD' icon in the left window. Click on the 'Erase' tab and click 'Erase Free Space.'
Choose to have zeros written over the free space once--seven times or 35 times--by clicking the radio button next to the option. Depending on the amount of free space on the hard drive, choosing the '7-pass' or '35-pass' option may take many hours to complete. Click 'Erase Free Space' to start the process.
Quit Disk Utility once the erase process is complete by hitting 'Command' and 'Q' on your keyboard or by choosing 'Quit' from the Disk Utility file menu.
