Open a Web browser, then go to the website with the element that you want to crop.
Open the 'Grab' utility in the Utilities folder.
Press Command, Shift and A simultaneously on the keyboard.
Drag the cursor over the area of the Web browser to crop it into an image. When the mouse button is released, the selection from the Web has been cropped.
Press Command and S simultaneously to save the image to a file. After it is saved, it can be further manipulated with other software, or sent in an email.
