How to Remove Cydia From an iPad

Download and install the latest version of iTunes on your computer, following the installation instructions detailed on apple.com. Once installation is complete, launch iTunes by clicking its icon on the desktop.
Connect the iPad to the computer using its USB cable. ITunes will automatically detect the iPad and add it to the 'Devices' section in the left-hand column.
Select the iPad from the 'Devices' list and open the 'Summary' tab in the main iTunes window.
Click the 'Restore' button, followed by the 'Back Up' button in the dialog box that pops up. This will create a backup of the iPad's non-jailbreak content and settings that will be used to restore the device later on.
Click the 'Restore' button once the backup has completed. The iPad's screen will go black and display the Apple logo while its memory is erased.
Select the iPad's backup file from the 'Restore from the backup of' drop-down menu when prompted by iTunes. Click the 'Continue' button. The iPad will be restored to its previous state, and Cydia will be removed.

How to Put Songs on an iPad (5 Steps)

Download and install iTunes from Apple's website if it is not already installed on your computer. Open iTunes from the 'All Programs' section of your computer's Start menu.
Select 'Add Folder To Library' from the 'File' menu. Go to the folder on your computer that contains your music and click 'OK.' ITunes will automatically add all of your music to your iTunes library. Repeat this step for each separate folder on your computer that contains music. If you have one folder on your computer that contains all of your music subfolders, you only need to select the folder that contains the subfolders, not each individual subfolder.
Plug the rectangular end of your iPad's data cable into an available USB port on your computer. Plug the other end of the cable into your iPad. Click on your iPad's icon in the 'Devices' section of the left side panel.
Select the 'Music' tab near the top of the screen. Check 'Sync Music.' Select 'Entire Music Library' to move all of the music on your computer to iTunes. Select 'Selected Playlists, Artists, and Genres' to only move certain files. Check items in the 'Playlists' and 'Artists' boxes to transfer them to your iPad each time you connect it to your computer.
Click 'Apply' to apply the changes and transfer your computer's music to your iPad. Select 'Merge Data' to merge the new content with the content that is already on your iPad.
