How to Change Apple TV Resolution Settings

Press the 'Menu' button on your Apple remote and the plus sign button on your remote at the same time.
Hold the buttons down until display resolution options appear.
Press the plus sign button or the minus sign button on your remote to choose a resolution option.
Press the 'Play/Pause' button on your remote when you find a suitable resolution to enable the new resolution setting.
