How to Troubleshoot Nook for iPad (6 Steps)
Tap the 'App Store' app on your iPad, then tap 'Updates.'
Choose to download and install all available updates. Enter your Apple ID and password when prompted.
Connect your iPad to your computer, then open iTunes.
Click your iPad's name under 'Devices' on the left side of the iTunes window.
Click 'Check for Updates' in the center of the iTunes window. If a dialog box appears saying that updates are available, choose to download and install them. Leave the iPad plugged in while these updates install.
Test the Nook app. If you still experience problems, reset the iPad by holding down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button for 10 seconds.
