How to Display Powerpoint on a Mac Air Book With an LCD Projector
Connect the LCD projector to the VGA port on the side of the MacBook air. The VGA port is a square port that mirrors the end of the cable itself. Select 'System Preferences' from the toolbar and click 'Displays' from the available options.
Select 'Detect Displays' from the next screen and select the LCD projector from the available options. The MacBook Air screen will be displayed on the projection screen.
Open Microsoft PowerPoint and allow the main page to fully load. Click 'Open' from the 'File' menu and select the presentation that you would like to project. The presentation will load on screen.
