How to Connect a Mac to a Sanyo Projector
Connect the Mac HDMI video output adapter to the video output port of the Mac. Plug one end of an HDMI cable into the Mac HDMI video output adapter. Plug the other end into the HDMI video input on the back of the Sanyo front projector.
Turn on the Sanyo front projector. Press the “Source” button on the body of the Sanyo front projector or on the remote control; wait until the HDMI setting appears on the projected image on the projection screen or wall.
Go to the “Apple” menu at the top of the screen. Select “System Preferences” from the drop-down menu. Click on the “Displays” icon, beneath “Hardware,” on the window that appears.
Click on the “Display” tab at the top of the window that appears. Click on “1900 x 1024,“ beneath “Resolutions,” in the column on the left side of the window.
Click the red button at the upper-left corner to close the window. Watch the image of the Mac’s screen now mirrored on the projection screen or wall.
